Service alerts are provided online and through email messages. Visit lawrenceks.org/subscriptions to sign up for the Public Transit/Bus email list.

Updates are made only during administrative office hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Lost & Found

If you leave an item on a bus, please call (785) 864-4644, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays and when the university is closed.

You will need to provide the following information: route, direction of travel, time and location your trip ended. You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the lost item, name and contact number or email address.

Found items are normally available to be identified and claimed by 1 p.m. the next business day.

All items found will be kept for a maximum of 14 days at the KU Parking and Transit office.

Lawrence Transit System, KU on Wheels, KU Parking and Transit and MV Transportation are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
