Lost & Found
If you leave an item on a bus, please call (785) 864-4644, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will need to provide the following information: route, direction of travel, and the time and location the trip ended. You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the lost item, name and contact number or e-mail address. Found items are normally available to be identified and claimed by noon the next business day.
Lawrence Transit System, KU on Wheels, KU Parking & Transit, and MV Transportation are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. All items found will be kept for a maximum of 14 days at the KU Parking & Transit office, open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and until 4:30 Friday, except holidays and when the university is closed.

Ride free to the Lawrence Energy Conservation Fair
Catch a free ride on Saturday, Sept. 11, for the Lawrence Energy Conservation Fair. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Community Building. Fares will be waived on all fixed routes for the whole day.

City and KU offer coordinated pass program
An agreement between the city and the university allows easier access to both bus systems. KU students, faculty and staff can ride the T fixed-route service free by showing a valid KU Card. Riders who show a valid T bus pass or transfer slip can ride the KU on Wheels buses for free. Services excluded from the agreement are T Lift, JayLift, SafeBus, and SafeRide.
